One beam. A changing sea.
A ship inside your beam sees the rocks and steers toward the harbor. Move the light away and it remembers the safe course for a few seconds, then sails blind again. Divide your attention between the ships, use a flare when the sea gets crowded and weather storms and fog.
Seven nights bring faster ships, stranding shoals and vessels taking water. Choose improvements between nights: a wider lens, faster bearings, lit buoys or a spare lamp. Lose three ships and the light fails.
Keep another watch.
Aim with a mouse or touch, turn with A / D or the arrow keys, and fire a flare with Space. Daily watches give everyone the same sea; shared sea links let you return to the same layout. Saved watches, a logbook and commendations remember your progress in this browser.
The game’s Release notes button opens its complete version diary, from the first light through v1.10.2.
